1. The platform

Moonrise helps individuals and teams discover curated wellness experiences, including meditation, breathwork, sound, and other practitioner-led sessions.

Moonrise is a platform. We do not provide medical, therapeutic, psychological, or clinical services directly. Experiences listed or offered through Moonrise are provided by independent practitioners.

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

By using Moonrise, you agree to provide accurate, current information and to use the platform in good faith. You may not misuse, copy, interfere with, or attempt to exploit the platform or its content in unauthorized ways.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access at any time if we believe the platform is being misused or these Terms have been violated.

3. No guarantees

Moonrise does not guarantee the availability of any practitioner, experience, date, or result. Participation in any experience is your own decision and responsibility.

4. Wellness disclaimer

Moonrise does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Any information or experiences made available through Moonrise are not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, or clinical care.

5. Content and usage rights

By submitting information, images, profiles, applications, or other content to Moonrise, you grant Moonrise a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, display, publish, and distribute that content in connection with the platform and our editorial, promotional, marketing, and product efforts.

This includes the right to feature practitioners, users, submissions, and related content across the Moonrise website, social channels, and future products or services.

6. Intellectual property

Moonrise and its branding, design, logos, content, and software are owned by or licensed to Moonrise. Except as expressly allowed, you may not use, copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute Moonrise materials without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

Moonrise is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moonrise will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of Moonrise after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
